Question about disc games installed to HD and DLC

If I install a Disc game to my HD with Disc2App, will there be a problem with DLC? For example if I install Breath Of The Wild to the HD, if I then get the DLC, will that cause a conflict/problem since the installed version is not from the eshop? I'm guess it won't matter, but figured best to ask.

No it will be fine. Be sure to play the game first to create save data and then install the dlc as you would and also make sure you get the dlc for your titles region.

Just a follow up for possible google readers: In case you installed the DLC before dumping the game: Remove the DLC from NAND, then install the dump, then redownload the DLC from eShop.

And in case you already have a savegame cause you already played the disc: Use https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-savemii-wut-port-wii-u-vwii-savefile-manager.608824/ to backup your save to the SD card, then delete it from NAND, install your dump, run it one time and use the savefile manager again to restore the save from SD.
