psvr 5.00 blackscreen goldhen9.00

i have done all the troubleshooting i could find online. i am at a loss here

ihave a ps4 pro with 9.00 fw using goldhen
my psvr is a v2 brand new, used very few times like a dozen top.

one day after i moved to 9.00 it asked to update the vr headset to 5.00 or it wouldnt let me play.

so i did and now i get no video nor sound from the headset

the lights on it are on and the tv display fine

te hdmi cable are high quality as well

please help i dont knwo what to do anymore

i did alreayd disconnected and reconnected the cable and all, all turned on off hdcp, tried other ports for the usb

What host do you use? Did you use the PSVR version? What game are you gonna play?

a v2 may not work. don't know for sure, but the original vr works if updated. I'm guessing there's ap at work here, but I'm not sure.
