Hacking ps4 firmware 7.0 no bd how to use the exploit???

Hello
I have firmware 7.0 PS4 without a BD drive. I want to update to firmware 9.0.
The No BD method does not work because the system's mass memory is full every time.

how should it be used?? do you have to download it to a pendrive??? should I go to the website?? please help
