Hacking Ps Vita Keeps asking.. Insert a PS Vita Card that Contains this Application?

Well it was just set up perfectly .. Everything was working fine .. I thought I would checkout the Autoplugin App .. & & I guess I installed something that just wrecked my set up .. Most icons are white .. They won't start I get the message as above ... I'm never using the Autoplugin again after I fix this..... Anyone had this issue ?

Simply put, your game shortcut still remain but vita cant find the data it point to at all. If you just install SD2VITA/storage manager, please turn off your vita then Hold L while turn it on, it will be okay again. BUT If you go into vitashell and delete a lot of thing inside ux0, sorry.

I actually formatted the memory card and now all my games work again & still with white icons .. But works

EDIT: got all my icons back by copying all my appmeta to urO
