Mario vs Donkey Kong DSiWare levels are impossible to recreate using any of the other games. The closest is Mario vs Donkey Kong 2 but a few key differences make it pretty much impossible without heavy modding of the game itself. Unless windwakr has already started, I can grab the US Mario vs Donkey Kong 3 Ninty levels.

Mini-Land Mayhem? Yeah, I was planning on doing that one next.

Seems like there's A LOT of stages to grab. ~100 Nintendo stages in the Online Share, and hundreds of stages that were part of official challenges in the Challenge Center.

I just got the US Ninty ones which I feel are the most important (the save also has a level I made when I was messing around, just ignore it).

BTW, has all Made in Ore/Wario Ware DIY Ninsoft store Weekly games, Big Name Games and theme games been dumped?

Yes, its all in that megapack link in the first post.
Great! I still have a few questions:
1. Does the WWDIY showcase and WWDIY DS have the same library of microgames on Ninsoft store?
2. The Ninsoft store of the JAP, USA and PAL WWDIY showcase all seems to have 100 weekly games.
Are they all exactly the same except for the language?

1. There is no Ninsoft store on showcase if I remember correctly.
2. Not exactly sure. They appear to be mostly the same for EUR/USA, with at least some minor naming variations.

London Life in Professor Layton&The Last Specter apparently has no WiFi interaction other than uploading/downloading profile pictures. I'll see what I can do about the JP region downloadable puzzles soonish for all four.

I don't think we need to bother with Pokémon, files for events wondercards, c-gear backgrounds, Pokédex backgrounds... are so easy to find and there are plenty of save editors to add them to our save files.

Then things like the GTS globe prop for secret bases, easily obtainable with cheats/save editors.

Save editors only exist for Pokémon games and Dragon Quest IX.
Everything else is going to be lost forever next month.

Nah I'm getting value creep again. I look at a $50 console "but for just a few more dollars you could get XYZ" and I end up considering the Steam Deck.
