The BAN is to the CONSOLE not the NNID... So you cannot bypass this because if you change your Device-ID or Serial Number, ninty will say that it's an Unlinked Device to your NNID. Maybe there's a possibility to avoid this if you change Device-ID, Serial Number, Device-Cert and also you use a different NNID.

Sorry for the bad news but, you're fucked if you get this ban since it's PERMANENT.

Can you access eShop ? I got some error code* last time I tried , I've deactivated my wi-fi since.

Did you went online ? Had wi-fi on , but didn't connect in battles or trades etc ..

*Only on the eShop , my friends list is fine (even with wi-fi on).
*Plus , that could just be a problem in my settings , as the text of the error is in German.
