If you want to speed it up without hacking, go to options in the menu. Set Text Speed to Fast, and Battle Scene to Off.

Definitely did that on every pokemon already, thanks though.

Was hoping there was a way to speed up the battle progression beyond that. Though, i've come to the conclusion that it feels so slow because it's turned based with only 1 character to choose what to do with. Normally turn based you have other people to control while others are fighting etc. Idk, maybe I should just give up hah.

I just want to give it more of a chance haha, besides I love turn based RPGs generally. Etrian Odyssey is one of my favorite DS RPGs.

Can anyone tell me where to find a Jirachi? Been looking pretty long.

Jirachi can be found in Route 206. (below the cycling road)
You must have a pokemon with Cut.

Jirachi is lvl 30, so it is recommended that you have REPELS
and a lead pokemon whose level is bet. 20-30.

Master ball is not really recommended, though.

I was wondering... How the heck am I supposed to EV train my Pokemon?

I mean, with all the different encounters and such (and you also changed some easy-for-EV-training trainers, which have 4-6 of the same Pokemon), it kinda seems impossible. I'm trying to breed a good Houndour now, but I can't find a good spot for SpA/Spd EVs. (I'm supposed to go after those, right?

)

Also, one more thing. When you add 1.3's change list, could you please add the date you updated it? This way I won't have to check my current version (which is hard, since I remove the version from the rom's name) and I can use dates as an assurance. Thanks again.

EDIT: Actually, this has given me an idea. If someone knows easy places to gain EVs (each kind, obviously), mind putting up a list?

including the requested EV training areas.

Sorry xvolution, i have changed some wild encounters, i believe you will have to compare 1.2 with 1.3 to see the exact changes.

Oops, there's a big bug in the GBATemp download archive that occurs when checking "delete file" and at the same time trying to upload a new file.
It now says No permission! And i cannot upload a new file, old file cannot be removed...

The mirror doesn't work. The zip is corrupted is the error it gives. Could you try uploading it again? I've tried twice and both times the downloaded file is the same size as the file size on that page and gives the error.
