FBI 1.4.2 crash for me with ninjhax 2.0... Is there a cia installer that works on 2.0 ? Maybe an older revision of FBI ?

As of now, homebrew on the latest FIRM+ sound and speedup on n3DS

Not him, Nintendo. They patched most ARM9 entrypoints on 9.3
Nobody knows when/if there will be a ARM9 enabler for NH 2.0. Smea did not include any of the ARM9 stuff due to this.

Ah. So Ninjahax not require Kernel so that is why it work on the new ones? Hoped I can upgrade my 3DS to 9.9 and still get PastaCFW but that smaller my hope. But FirmLaunch should be fine for every game now.

He didn't intentionally break it but as he's not interested in supporting it he didn't put effort into making Pasta work on 9.0-9.2 with NH 2.0

No, it's because the exploits that PastaCFW uses was patched by Nintendo on firmwares 9.3+.
