I would love to help with this project, give me some levels to convert and ill be on the job! please AIM me at ketsubanchip !

Weird... I've never seen that screen/logo while playing NSMB.
Maybe it's for the multiplayer game?

But I know that the logo you and I have in our sigs is right on the main screen.

As for the colors... can you find a palette for it?
it looks like you're using something for the multiplayer game result. Is there nothing for logos or title screens?

Anyway... here's the modified Bros logo:
ds_supermariobros_logo.png

I need to 'cut' out the white area around the logo so it's transparent... And it will need to be rezied to fit the game.
--Actually, I probably won't need to cut it. Even though the colors are distorted, the outside of the image + the inside of the logo are the same color. Since you can't see the Bros behind the logo, I have to assume it's solid white... which would make the background solid white.

Ideally, if you could get the proper palette and extract the image from the ROM itself, I could edit that directly and won't have to worry about resizing and distorting the image and cutting around them to make it transparent.

I have not been able to find the main title-screen logo... If I open the image that I took a screenshot of with the designated pallete, it comes out black-and-white looking like a bar-code.

I downloaded Tahaxan-Tihara and opened the ROM, then opened: /archive/menu_title.narc (you need to double click on this)/menu/title/UE_Title_*.bin (for all 3 required files)

Twiztidsinz:
I found the REAL logo's file!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So far, I haven't found a good pallete, but I sort of made one and pieced the blocks together and made this:

What file is it? I might be able to help get the edited one in there.
/UIStudio/UI_O_menu_title_logo_o_u_ncg.bin (it must be LZ77 Decompressed before export)(If you use TileMolester, you must use Codec:"4bpp linear, reverse order")

That is for a NTSC-U Game. It is what I am wanting.

I can't seem to get any further than you. Doesn't seem to be any height/width combination that makes much sense. Wish they had used the standard format, instead of cutting out all the parameters...

8 blocks wide (in T.M.) makes the most usable format.

I noticed, but it still isn't correct.

What do you mean? It is the most-editable of the formats...
The dimensions; they're still wrong seemly no matter what, or you wouldn't be getting that random mess of pieces.

It's better than not having access to it at all, isn't it?

Unless you have a way of decrypting the image, sometimes that's the best you can get.

For Ragnarok DS, some of the images I had to edit I could put mostly together, but what I would have to do is extract the broken pieces of the image and "assemble' them in Photoshop and do any editing I needed. After that, I would "break" them back up and paste them into the file.

This is looking Great!!! Looking forward to final release... (although I know it's not too close...) I dunno, if I can help maybe I'll try new releases once in a while for opinion's sake... but don't expect too much in the production line... never worked with DS only SNES,GBA,NES,GB,andComputer Game Hacking and makin' Well...
Good Luck
