I don't even care about the 30FPS cap, i love this game so much and to be able to play this on the go is such a great thing. I wonder if car mods are possible, would love to add the palmont imports mod...

There isn't a 30 FPS cap. You just need to apply OC to go above 30 FPS.

However if you plan to get around 50-60 you need a high OC.

The port has one problem: the sound crackles during the race, but overall I played without overclocking and the game works well.

I haven't tried the other versions. Just the Spanish one, and I haven't noticed any crackling.

I've only noticed that sometimes the engine sound fades out as you accelerate, brake and accelerate again.

What's your opinion on the possibility of a smooth port of the first Dead Space game (2008)? This is not a request, i'm curious to know if it can done since you literally ported a 360 game, so you know the drill more that most of us.

I have seen a youtube video of a guy playing dead space via autorun, so that seems to be an option.

A native Nintendo Switch port of the Xbox 360 version of Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005).

It's not an emulator. The PowerPC code of the game's default.xex is statically recompiled to C++ with ReXGlue and compiled for the Switch and the game is drawn by a native Vulkan renderer running on NVK (Mesa). It targets 30 FPS at the console's stock clocks with no overclock.

NOTE: You need your own copy of the Xbox 360 game: a disc image (.iso) or the extracted disc with its default.xex.Supported editions: PAL (Spanish, English, German and Italian), NTSC-U and NTSC-J.

im just wondering if the dragon age origin can be posible port?

@StevensND Did you ship the "nfsmw_tratamiento_visual" setting with every language? I can't find it in the nfsmw.toml nor in the debug menu under "Gracicos".
Debug menu is not translated.

Feature Request: Add Chinese localization support for NFSMW-NX

I hope this port can support Simplified Chinese for Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005).
The original Xbox360 NTSC-U release does not come with native Chinese. However, there is an existing community Chinese mod made specifically for this port.

The unsupported game hash I got:
0cd7b9fa3957de085e298c91faa726116ad0079abaefead82c2f3337ee432e64

Would you consider supporting this mod use case, or adding native Chinese support?
Attached is my default.xex.
Wrote you a DM.

Check it.

Excelente port! Muchas gracias!

You need to make a PC port first. Then port it to console, then write a native render, then make it actually performant. I would suggest reading the GitHub as Stevens left information. Stevens made a PC port of the game but didn't release it as that was not his end goal. Oh yeah and an AI subscription :P

It was my mate Madeline who made the PC Port

However for testing I compile a dev build on PC adding Switch changes.

There is no black edition for X360. Japan got Black Edition release, but it didn't have Black Edition content, only DVD with bonuses.
It is possible to turn the Xbox version into the Black Edition simply by modifying the default.xex file.

Hello, is it possible to modify the Xbox version into the Black Edition simply by modifying the default.xex file? Unfortunately, when I make this modification, your tool does not allow me to create the mod. Would it be possible to add support for this file as well?

Thank you.

Thank you.

Why you post the same three times?.

To make a package compatible I need the .xex file, NFS folder and Movies folder.
