That's the last of the Ace Attorney series, I believe. I know they're doing a spinoff game with Edgeworth (should be in Japan sometime).

I'm no expert, and I'm probably wrong (Google is overrated lol).

BTW, wrong section. *Moved*

So Edgeworth will be the character?(like in the last case of Trials and Tribulation?)

Phoenix Wright doesn't have a wife, although Lana would be nice. Phoenix adopted Trucy
okay, thanks...

From the trailier video it might be a bit different, I saw something like a side scrolling investigation with gumshoe. I've heard that the Ace Attorneys after Apollo Justice will not be related to Phoenix Wright. Not sure about other characters(might see that gullible judge again).

Apollo Justice 2 will be the last game Phoenix appears in Ace Attorney Series, although the game about Edgeworth (Perfect Prosecutor, if I'm not wrong) might feature Phoenix Wright

There's going to be another ace attorney game but theres not much info on it. There is however a spin-off game where you play as Edgeworth where you get to walk around and find evidence and stuff

Huh? They left huge unsolved spoilers at end of the Apollo Justice,

Case 4: The paintings in which underneath the paint there were sketches of all the cases Apollo had taken

They never explained that in the game, making it plausible that a new game may be made and the last case or so will someone how link with that.

Anywho Gyakuten Saiban 5 has been confirmed and is in development

Oh, that will be kinda sad isn't it. I hate it when I'm not able to see the past characters included in the new one (ex. Apollo Justice Ace Attorney *No Maya Fey*) just like that...

They did.
The forger dude was impressed by Phoenix Wright, and was following what was happening his his law firm. Apparently he liked Apollo as well, since he was going to be Phoenix's spiritual successor.

Gyakuten Saiban 5 will not be the last game of the series. That's just a rumor that sprouted off a Chinese message board. >.>

We know nothing about GS5 other than that there will be one.

Edgeworth Game is just a spinoff, might answer some questions from the story (You can see someone that looks like a young Kristoph Gavin in one of the scans).

It has also been said in an interview that Phoenix will not have any direct appearances in the Edgeworth game, but he will be referenced to in it.

Also, I wonder what "Gyakuten Saiban NOT Game" is. I hope it's an Anime. (Since they've picked seiyuus and everything already)

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".

It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space
