Famitsu gave out some details on Animal Crossing: Jump Out (The 3DS one for who doesn't know) and Nintendo Everything translated it/some of it. And here are the things they got out of it:
- Now play as the mayor
- Roofs, doors, posts, fences appear to be customizable
- New furniture… including mermaid items
- New thrift shop from Lisa the alpaca
- Shoe store has been added
- As was previously confirmed, there is now a shopping mall
- This lies beyond the train tracks
Able Sisters (open 10:00 – 21:00)
- Familiar clothes shop
Museum (open 24 hours)
- Similar to previous entries
- Increase in the types of fish and fossils
- Exhibition Room included
- Museum Shop included
Gardening store (open 9:00 to 20:00)
- Seems to be run by a sloth
- First time a gardening store is in Animal Crossing
- Purchase flower seeds and tree seedlings
Raccoon housing (open 10:00 to 20:00)
- Tom Nook seems to be managing this aspect
- Take an early tent and gradually customize it into a large house
- Handle parts which decide the appearance of the house
Miscellaneous goods store (open 8:00 – 20:00)
That sure is a heck of shops O_O. Seems like they are giving everything their own shop XD

I hope all these shops and stuff aren't going to make the game more complicated than it should be. The power of animal crossing was that is was so deadsimple.
With the wii one, I didn't like that city part at all.

I don't think it would make it more complicating. I think it would just give us more variety in items and stuff like that.

Finally some more Animal Crossing 3DS details.

Now if only we can get an actual release date, I'm looking forward to getting this.

I'm guessing that the Miscellaneous goods stores are run by Nook's nephews now, since Nook has gone into full-time real-estate.

There are plenty of details known about the games already, like the Streetpass village of sorts.

Streetpass players will take residence in the area just past the shopping district, basically you can visit their homes, exactly how they furnished it.

You're the mayor??

This has been known just about since the dawn of time itself!
I didn't really pay attention since I didn't like the DS version.

You are literally Nook's servant/maid in the DS version.
In every game you are dude.
Just for the actual intro of the game where you run chores, right?

I mean past that, you have the option of actually paying off your debt, and then incurring another debt by expanding on your house, but you don't actually have to do any of that, or give Nook any of your business.

Of course it's no secret that just about the best way to make money in the game is to go fishing by the sea, get plenty of red snappers and barred knifejaws when they're around.

I'm just glad Nook doesn't suck your dick in this game anymore because his jaws are stiff.

But there's one more person I dislike more in Animal Crossing.

It sounds quite interesting. I can't wait for it to come out.
But I do have one problem with it, I hate the name. I would rather it be called Animal Crossing 3D or something better than Jump Out. Jump Out sounds like some tv movie on Disney channel. Honestly if I just saw that title alone, I would have thought this was musical version of Animal Crossing.

Ok that's a chore.
The best way of doing it is definetely catching rare bugs and fishes at night during the summer. There are so many of them that you can easily make 100 000 bells and pay off your debt entirely in less than a week
