From the look of your error code, I'd say you're either using the nitroFS version on a cart that isn't compatible or using FAT version without properly placed dscraft folder.
So here's what you should do : download the FAT version and place the dscraft folder at the root of your card; hopefully that should do the trick.

It won't look quite like what Minecraft has, but it'll be better than what we have right now.

Unfortunately, no. The thing is my moon and sun textures use a special DS texture format which allows variable alpha to have a nice halo. The problem with this is that this format also restricts the texture to using a very limited palette (8 colors I think), so I'd have to both find a way to automatically generate the alpha data (the moon and sun.png don't have any alpha values) and requantize them so that they don't use more than 8 colors.
You could always go looking into DScraft's texture files and edit them manually though.

If removing a water block is not a bug (so we can dig under it, right?), how to we remove it? just put a block and/or make a dam ?
Well I'll try making a dam after spreading water to see if water disappear automatically

Edit: just tested, it's not dynamic from the source, it's just each block generating his own flow.

A sponge block would be great to delete the water in one click.

Like Start menu -> show map around the user : create a top view screenshot around the player position (1pixel = 1 block)
Yeah the only way you can remove water at the moment is by replacing it with other blocks. Hopefully that will change in the future (I know I can do it, just not sure when I will).
As for minimap, that would be doable, but I'm not sure how useful it would be.

As for the "start bug", please understand that I've never encountered it, that it doesn't give away any real information and that you and Bmcs are the only ones who've encountered it... it will be a while before (if) I can fix it.

As for the guru, that's not DScraft's fault, it probably just means your cart can't work with homebrew menu (something about patching DLDI with ARM9 instead of ARM7 or something, I honestly don't remember), so just stick to the FAT version.

Exactly. I'm still not sure mobs are really doable, but I'll give it a try.

Tried the new version, the bug with guru meditation error still exists when i create something on the edge of the map.
So, I switched back to the first version. again.
I hope it will be fixed in the next version

Clumsy me, I didn't read the wiki properly. I guess you must try out the nitroFS first before the FAT version.

anyways, I thank God that he has given us a person who has created Minecraft for the DS! *bows*

@Smealum: Just a suggestion...
on first post/official website - wouldn't it be an idea to mention that when reporting bugs - that the poster should also include details the flashcard and version of DSCraft they tried.

Might help determine if certain cards have certain faults.
