Miiverse didn't change a lot actually.

As a whole Miiverse continues to be the same as it was before but now they slightly redesigned it here and there (mostly the same design remains), as well as with some limitations such as 30 comments per day (so much for Nintendo's own Twitter version) and if you don't have X game/app running you can't post in said community. Although, if you use the external Miiverse on a browser you can still post comments. And plus, remember that annoying timer? It's gone for good.

The quirky comments still continue to be posted regardless so that's something Nintendo can never stop.. until they fully shut down Miiverse.

Like I said, I (and many others) rather have the timer. Get rid of the only one active post and at least increase the post to reasonable amount.
