I think that you have to add the anti-freeze patch. Only Acekard doesnt have to do that if its running AKAIO 1.5. (which is awsome) If using this firmware it can safely boot up SS/HG.

Already tried the anti-freeze codes, both of them

I think it should work on my CycloDS but I can't be arsed to get it on my memorystick. Just want to goof around in no$ ^^

I've found this patch to not work properly. On my flash cart it would black screen freeze with frozen sound when opening the PokeGear and on no$ it would come up with something about the rom image.

This is a Translation, not an anti-crash patch.
Therefore it works well...
especially since it works for everyone else, and mine DOESN'T crash when i use Pokegear.

.....Did I say it was an anti-crash patch? I said the patch itself crashes it, even when using anti-crash patching before hand. Yet Kazo's doesn't do it. Meh whatever.

I agree with DxEggman why are you whining about this patch? If you're going to complain about what Magnius does then get out! He can do what he wants and therefore decided to make a patch for Pokemon HeartGold and Soulsilver. This thread are for people who are eager to see a patch not for whiners!

WTF, dude I want to see a patch so obviously if it's not working correctly I'm going to mention it so perhaps it can be fixed. Otherwise I love the patch, although I need to check the rest of it out first. >>

Thanks for all of your hard work...but a few things would be appreciated.

1. Put the images in spoiler tabs, cut some space!
2. Include version numbers with your download, to let people know if they have an outdated patch
3. Include a small section saying how its going, how far is it, etc.

I have a request.when you release your next patch try to translate all the dialogues upto that point.you don't have to rush things and release incomplete patches.just take your time and release a patch only when you translated everything upto that point.

you said you would translate everything.that means you have to translate the untranslated dialogue sooner or later.so why not now rather than later?

Hi,

Just curious as this patch does not convert the main title screen of the game.
I saw another patch that did but the menu's would not appear in english like this patch does.
Can we maybe include both patches together so we have the best of both worlds.

please change ur picture holding site to imageshack it is much better.. photobucket causes bandwith probs..this is a suggestion.ive been using imageshack for years and they did not disappoint me =)

try to use words to tell us the translation progress. we cant estimate just by using pictures.. so e.g

pokedex 60%
item 100%
key item 90%

etc etc.

I think this has some bugs with M3 Real cause when i open my trainercard or the pokegear it freezes. It don't matter if i put rudolphs patch on it or not.
Maybe you can fix this?

Don't have an M3 and sure as heck doesn't freeze in the emulator, so probably wouldn't know how to.
