Hacking If I order a vita now, what firmware would it be on?

Of course it will be hekaku-able, amazon doesn't go opening every system they have in stock from their warehouses and updating them every time a firmware comes out...

Probably better to just look for one in person so that way you can check the system out for yourself.

Considering most places don't stock many. I'm sure they are on 3.30 or less.

I ordered that exact same Vita brand new last month and it came with 3.52. So you can go with either some ePSP hacks or update to the firmware before the latest manually and go for Henkaku.

Just ordered that too last Thursday and it was 3.51
Both over year old firmwares. OP has nothing to worry about with buying a new system of any model.
