Hacking Helped Needed. Prodinfo extracted, need to get device ID

I purchased a Nintendo Switch from a salvation army this past week. ($60 bucks!) It turned on and I seen it had the parental controls on so I took a gamble and bought it. I was able to extract the PRODINFO with Hackdisk. I have opened it with HxD , but I have no idea what is what. Offset stops at numbers 00007FF0. In the decode text area it shows a bunch of weird characters. There is rows and rows of 16 digits. Does anybody which is the device ID so I can generate the master key ? Thanks in advance.

Why not use the recovery mode (hold vol + & - and press power) to reset to factory settings?

Defeats the purpose of parental controls. Resetting the switch is also PIN protected.
