I just want to report that running Atomic Betty through GBARunner2 doesn't create a save file and that's to be expected since the game uses password for progress.

But running it from TWLMenu creates a save file for the game and then prevents the game from starting up.

Hm, I played Atomic Betty after reading your message. I play the game with my 3DS and TWL and the latest master and the game works fine. How far did you play into the game? I only played the tutorial.

Hi, @Gericom Bro. Can you add a function that adjusts the screen to "Aspect-Ratio fit to the screen" like mgba? Thx!! :)

I think you're going to be waiting on if Sono ever gets around to programming the 3DS scalers on that one. There isn't really room to scale within the NDS resolution.

No, the first game I mean
When I'm going to save progress it says "Failed to save, back to the game"
I`m playing european version.
Im also playing the european version. I played until the second area of the Beast Mountain. So far, saving seems to work.
I get back to the starting place after loading the file. I use a Phat DS with a M3 simply Flashcard and the latest gbarunner2 master build for testing.

Well, it doesn't seem to work for me, I don't know why... :(
I'm playing from SD on my DSi... I used sram patcher to be able to save the game, but it still doesn't work

Nope, my game iisn't trimmed, 8 MB
Maybe I need to turn off any settings? I'm playing from arm7 with all options enabled except the expander frame.
Maybe someone could share a working save and see if @elenarguez is able to load and save to a known working save file. If you give me a moment I can try to get one.

Edit: Try this save. Just put it in the same folder as your rom with the same name and upper/lower cases.

Hello.:)
I tried the EU Version with GBARunner Commit 01d0668899b3c88c15d0a64f01xxxxx from 01.01.2020 and Save is ok.
If that means the "End Game" Option is the Save Option.

Please don't use sram patches. They are not needed anymore and might give problems with the patches gbarunner2 already does.

Rly? Omg, I didn't know that!
All my games are patched  I'll have to replace them.
Maybe that's why it doesn't save progress.
EDIT: It finally works!
The sram patcher was the cause, I won't use it more
Many thanks :shy:
