Furikake, not to be confused with furry bukkake, is a mixture of salt and toasted sesame seeds. This "chili crisp" version also has chili and crispy fried garlic flakes and a bunch of other crispy fried stuff, and is pretty good. Sprinkle it over rice or salads for some crisp, crunch, and a light kick of chili (it's not very spicy). I recommend.
