As far as I know, you're using Goomba. I don't remember if there is an option to make the games full screen (in fact, there probably isn't one), but pressing L & R while running a game will let you cycle through the options and see.
I guess you'd have to look through a list of GBA homebrew. There are plenty of emulators out there and some things like simple calculators and something similar to the DS' moonshell (the name escapes me right now).

    EDIT: Fixed homebrew link.

Yeah, the goomba emulator was just included in firmware of a bunch of cards. Normally you can access Goomba's menu by pressing L & R while in game. Like I said, there may be an option to change the size of the screen, but I don't remember.

And the other website I was referring you to is http://pdroms.de/files/gameboyadvance/.

Actually, one thing you won't find in that list is my favourite GBA application: Dan Cotter's ebook reader. If you convert you files to a .txt file, you can then transfer them to your flash card and read them on your GBA.

You cannot change the screen size in Goomba Color (which is the emulator used on the Supercard). There are tons of GBA applications you can run, from picture viewers to movie watchers to SNES emulators.

My supercard sd on my gba micro.uses goomba colour alpha 6 and no option to increase the screen size.

Why do it anyhow, it would be stretched and distorted.
