Monster Hunter Tri-g or 4, it doesn't matter. Also Paper Mario and the new Zelda. From the eshop I can't wait for Mutant Mudds. If you don't know mutant mudds go check it out. It looks like a ton of fun and it will be cheap. Renegade Kid made it, same guys who made the Dementium games on the DS.

lol, most games coming soon don't look too great, the ones further away look better in terms of hope. But if I wanted any so far they would be :

Extreme Escape Adventure 3DS (999 Sequel), assuming it comes to the US (stupid @#!%(#^)^@^ region lock)
Crush 3D (I heard it was cancelled. iunno. stores still have it dated Feb/Jan 2012)

I would say Smash Bros. 3DS and new zelda but there's no solid info on them yet so I'll hold off on those for now..(skyward sword's endless Fi cutscenes makes me worry)

Especially Chocobo racing 3ds. I remember playing the first game on my ps1... Spending
hours upon hours playing that little gem of a game... Good times...
