Hacking Games not listed on the ticket site

I am trying to find the game Mario + Rabbits, but it is not showing up in WII u USB helper.
Also I can't find a ticket of it.

I am running Haxchi and know about the sigpatches.

Is there still al way to download the games with the title ID only from the Big N servers ?
