Herpadurr, im in china! In unrelated news can anyone tell me how to flip the great firewall as it is called here? I've tried proxy website searches, but i get blocked on sometimes searching 'proxy' on google, or if i have a link it blocks me from the page. Thanks.

Yes you browse anonymously by changing proxies and Tor is by far the best and easiest option. the last time i used it, i had Google in German!!. and thx about the sig and avatar . and last try using Tor as an Add-on for firefox its a bit more convenient.

Tor is a network of encrypted proxies, so from what I've read it's much more effective than a normal one at bypassing the great firewall.

An issue being it seems china likes to try to block any of the entry points to keep people from using it.
