I guess the "it facilitates piracy" rhetoric appeared and naturally nobody feels like standing up.

Ironic as I can quite easily watch a gang war complete with deaths and copyrighted films/video/music and porn without hassle, guess it is time for everyone to find a better site (quality is hardly that great, especially for the file sizes).

I love the way they take down a video of someone modding a wii but they keep up a highly illegal cell phone video of saddams hanging on there.

Yep, our Wiinja installation videos were pulled from Youtube for "copyright infringement".

They pulled mine too. Even the one that showed nothing other than the Wiikey config disc in action.

i think the best way for you to keep the video there is to not tag your videos with certain tags, like "Wii modchip hack opening" and such, and just put the links on forums like this one.. coz in my opinion, i think they just do a youtube search for tags like that and ask for youtube to pull the video off of the youtube.
