I made up .tia, and is now discontinued.

Yes, it launches the game with cheats, if the .xml has cheats for your game.

Im sorry im kinda new too all this kinda stuff, are you saying that i can use nitrohax too cheat with nds roms in twilight menu on my 3DS with cfw

That's an old post.
You can use "usrcheat.dat". Place it in "sd:/_nds/TWiLightMenu/extras".
Then in TWiLight Menu++, press Y on the selected ROM to bring up per-game settings, then press X to access the cheat menu.

Search for a "usrcheat.dat" file.

I have a usrcheat.dat file but i went into twilight menu and press x to bring it up and all it did was ask me to delete the rom (Im trying to get cheats for Pokemon Platinum version rom in twilightmenu)

You press y to bring up cheats not x.

when i press y it brings up a menu with a bunch of options such as language, ARM9 CPU speed, and so on but nothing related to cheats

Okay ik im sorry for being annoying but everytime i try to start twilight menu (The one i just installed ) it crashes everytime (Its called twilight loader)

If you're on a 3DS, then you no longer need the TWiLight Menu++ launcher.
