Hacking Dolphin fps drops to 0 on WiiMote screen on Wiiscrubbed isos

Alright, this is the last time I'll bother you guys with my crap

I've fooled around with some .arc files in Skyward Sword. Really all I did was rename some items, and when I repack the .arc files into the iso, the iso no longer runs in Dolphin, or rather it gets to the WiiMote screen, but halts before it gets a chance to go anywhere.

I've looked all around the forums, and it doesn't seem like anyone has had this problem modding Zelda or SSB or Mario Kart or anything, so what the heck am I doing wrong here?

I've completely downloaded the file, and I've even gotten an unscrubbed version of the game. Neither seem to work :/
