Hacking do i need to empty my microSD before if put the fcore on

i have a m3i zero from dealextreme coming in the mail

when i flash the f_core.dat for dsi 1.4 on the m3i zero, do i need to remove all files from the microsd??

because i have a lot on the microsd and it is the cheapest one with -1 read/write speeds

it will take forever to copy all those files to my computer and back to the microsd

dstt updating is sooooooo much easier...

I didn't format it at all I just put my fcore into the MicroSD root.

Yep. Your games, files, etc. will be fine with f_core.dat there. It doesn't matter what files are in the root next to it.
