Question is how to convert WII U .wud or .wux to loadiine ready folders. Is there a program out there to do that?

note that the video tutorial is covering the first Loadiine release.
New/latest releases are now using a different path for your files on SD card.

The new path is (for me) much easier:

When you extract a game with DiscU or an Update from nintendo's servers with CDecrypt, it will generate 3 (or more) folders :

/code/ <-- contains the executable
/content/ <-- contains the game's data
/meta/ <-- contains game information, icon, etc.
/system/ <-- you don't need this one

The NEW releases of loadiine only need you to copy the 3 folders inside the folder of your choice :

sd:/wiiu/games/<folder name with the game's title of your choice>[GameID]/<Copy HERE the 3 extracted folders>

exemple:
sd:/wiiu/games/Yoshi's Woolly World [AYCP01]/code/
sd:/wiiu/games/Yoshi's Woolly World [AYCP01]/content/
sd:/wiiu/games/Yoshi's Woolly World [AYCP01]/meta/

Do not care about the save folder, it will be created automatically on first launch.

Since when do we need/use the meta folder? Is there plans for a fancy menu that uses the game icons/info?

since "not yet" ;)

No harm keeping it, and it could be used soon to read the launched GameID, for any possible thing which require it (like savegame folder on internal, DLC access, installed update access, etc.).
it's easier to just tell users to "copy everything" to the game folder when writing a guide. if you don't tell users to keep it, they might delete it permanently along their dump or wud. they would have to get it back again when/if it is required.

I read that "meta" was necessary for loadiine (and I ever delete them, it's work...

What is in "system" ? Is this folder for WiiU system upgrade ? If yes, can us recognize version ?

meta is not used yet. (it could be later)
system is the folder created by DiscU to place the title info (tmd) and ticket (cetk) used by the game. it contains the game's key to decrypt updates (or the full game) from NUS.
Loadiine does not need it, but you can keep it if you want.
