Gaming Convert from wup installer format to loadiine or .wud format

I downloaded Smash 4 from wii u usb helper, but I want to test that game on Cemu. Is there a way to convert the wup installer format to loadiine format or .wud?

not sure about wud, but if u select "decrypt" or something similar when downloading the game, it will be in loadiine format.
