Can I delete the (.app, .h3, title.cert, title.tik and title.tmd) NUS files? CEMU

I used CDecrypt to decrypt Wii U NUS (.app and .h3) files so that I can use with CEMU. CDecrypt created three new folders (code, content, meta) in Loadiine format. Can I delete the (.app, .h3, title.cert, title.tik and title.tmd) NUS files? Will CEMU run the game with just the three newly created folders (code, content, meta)?

That was what I thought. I just wanted to get a second opinion before I deleted the NUS files in order to get back half of my storage space. Thank you.
