More than just the Switch modding scene, more like the world . That exploit affects over 3 billion devices
don't tell tx that else it will be
"Tx rocking the falcon processors in 2019 and beyond"
More than just the Switch modding scene, more like the world . That exploit affects over 3 billion devices
So because I didn't give them the keys to my house I'm responsible for them burning it to the groundThen give TX the keys, obviously, or you're responsible for burning a massive exploit.

lmao[joke] oh is it a Java exploit? [/joke]
They've made official announcements in the past that were likely lies, such as ipatched support. One shouldn't take their word for anything.
My experience in real life is that a lot of SX OS users don't know what Atmosphere is or that there are free alternatives.
My experience in real life is that a lot of Atmosphere users don't know what Sxos is or that it has features others os don't.
why sxos user will not know about atmo ? whats your base here ? for an example if one puts cfw nintendo switch on google you have more atmosphere than anything so...
Now that u say that. TX is the Apple of the hacking sceneIt's pretty difficult to not know what either SX OS or Atmosphere is, regardless of which one you use. And for the foreseeable future, there's going to be constant back & forth arguing over which one is better, because apparently the concept that different people have different wants & needs out of their hacked Switch is a difficult concept for some to grasp. It's like the Mac vs. PC debate, or the iOS vs. Android debate. Nobody should actually care, and yet for some reason they still do.
The question is whether or not these options are in TX's wheelhouse.
My experience in real life is that a lot of SX OS users don't know what Atmosphere is or that there are free alternatives.
The keys are probably illegal to share, and even if they aren't, it's ambiguous and well within the right of SciresM, et al. to not take that risk.
whether or not you believe it's illegal to share the keys, it might be a good idea not to.
I don't think I would be against it if TX burned an exploit that applied to ipatched units at this point, if that's what you're asking.
As I demonstrated a few posts ago, I've only made statements about what could be true based on things like polling data. I have not made any assertions about what's true or even what's likely true. My standards include not putting words in other people's mouths; I suggest you adopt those standards.
I agree that we can't assume a post about no roadblocks means there are roadblocks, but the post likely only exists because of the speculation and legitimate fear by some users and 7.0.x will never come. A post about it doesn't necessarily mean an update is anywhere close to being released.
You know, considering how pretty much *every* update has been made *after* an open-source implementation of something had been released, people have the right to think they're taking longer to try and bypass sept so they can once again claim it as their own work.List your credible sources and facts (not speculation, not guessing, not assuming,) that this is 'obvious' please.
So because I didn't give them the keys to my house I'm responsible for them burning it to the ground
Just gonna point out here that SciresM is a lawyer.
However if SciresM says keys can be copyrighted, then you really really don't want to hire him. It's pretty simple stuff in copyright law with plenty of precedents.
I don't remember if he's specifically a lawyer, but he does do something along those line, it has been discussed many times on ReSwitchedI'd like to point out that I have seen no evidence of that and also lawyers can be ignorant of the law, otherwise there would be no disagreements between lawyers in court.

You're ignoring the fact that this not only affects Atmosphere but literally everyone. So the dude who got assaulted is at fault instead of the assaulter? No, but if someone threatens you with a knife and you refuse to give them your wallet so they kill you then you're dead.
He never said they are copyrighted, he only ever said they're illegal to share, and I trust sciresM, a person who has done alot for both the 3ds and Switch scenes than some random Gateway shill on gbatemp...

So the dude who got assaulted is at fault instead of the assaulter?
Why doesn't the assaulter try to get a legit job?
I found this in the Team Xecuter Forum
