All is confirmed the Nintendo Switch is powered by stock Nvidia Tegra X1, same chipset used in Shield TV. The most surprising is the retention of 4 Cortex A53 processor cores, which have no use in the Nintendo switch as they can't be operated at the same time when Cortex A57 cores are running due to the ARM big.little configuration setup.

After subsequent processing of the GPU from the Nintendo Switch, we have determined that the processor is the Nvidia Tegra T210. The T210 CPU features 4 Cortex A57 and 4 Cortex A53 processor cores and the GPU is a GM20B Maxell core.

It actually makes sense why people in their 20s and 30s are like that. We/they have been playing Nintendo since we were 5-6 years old. Naturally we are going to be more die hard about it. I try to remain objective, but every now and then my Nintendo fan-boy comes out too.

They used to be a heavyweight in the console wars. All their consoles up to the gamecube were up to par technologically. It seems now that they are trying to cash in on the loyal hardcore fans. I dont like the switch and I think it's going to fail,but I will eventually pick one up because I love mario,donkey kong,paper mario,ect. I am just one of those people that wishes they could have kept making normal consoles and go back to the good ol days. N64 was amazing at the time,great graphics,great games,it was just a dream come true. I am a nintendo fan but that doesn't mean I will blindly agree with every decision the company makes. I don't see anything inherently wrong with expressing my views on it,I think the ad hominem attacks are inappropriate. There are no games out for it. Only BoTW which I already beat on the Wii U.I am sure there will be some great games on the switch,but that doesn't mean that it is objectively a good console. At that point they are just using the first party games to justify buying the console. I will probably pick it up once more first party titles come out. I also dont understand why there are no stores show casing the switch(atleast I havent seen it anywhere) .I am a nintendo fan,but not a "fanboy". I can understand where people get that from, but I think its short sided. Its true that since the Wii their consoles have not been powerhouses, though this doesn't mean they had an ulterior motive of screwing over their loyal fans. I'm actually happy about the spacing, god damn I hate November when all the big titles launches and I more or less got to scratch my head and pick one, since you know. Christmas as well?

And there is a bunch of exclusives coming to the system as well. Hell, the PS4 only got 100 exclusives so far, and that system have been out awhile now.

I'm really getting sick on reading doom and gloom things right away. Stick with PC and you are more or less guaranteed to get the same games as a PS4 or Xbox One. Stick with Nintendo to get the other titles.
