I intend to have a unified editor working fairly soon, so as it will all become one program once it's done, that's a good idea.

Looking for anything that edits savefiles, I came across this post. This looks quite interesting!
Questions. Is there a link to a tutorial I can follow? I managed to get Hyrule Warriors editor to edit my save but I accidentally deleted the app.bit but now doing the process again didn't edit my savefile.
Edit#1: I managed to get Max Rupees and Items working. But I can't figure out the exp section. I want to level up Link and Impa from Lvl 5 to Max Lvl 255, so I tried to edit numbers to the max but upon loading game, the Exp bar is still not full and they's are still at Lvl 5. Same problem happens with their Damage.
Is the editor not complete atm? Or am I doing something wrong?

Pleeease, release a Mario Kart 8 save editor to change the statistics of the player
it would be great for the ones who downloaded a shared save data with other player's statistics (mainly the online ones, as if you're a beginner, you won't be able to face 20.000 and more points players)

Anyone using the Hyrule Warriors SaveEditor know how to add exp to the characters the right way? No matter what number I put in, It doesn't add any exp.
Does anyone have a Wonderful 101 save editor, or can anyone actually make one? I am willing to pay someone a lot for a Wonderful 101 save editor so I can recover my 100% completion that was deleted.
I'm having problems with the tank tank tank editor.
it keeps saying not a tank tank tank save file.
I used savemii to backup the save to sd card. it seems to have created 4 personal files and a kaotex_stock.bin .

My guess is I didn't have enough save samples when I make the sanity check for Tank! Tank! Tank! and yours happened to have something different at the sanity point. Either that, or the game updated and changed the sanity bits. Send me a copy of your save file in a PM and I'll patch the editor for you.

How can these codes be used with the Jgecko U? For it complains that the codes have x's in them and wont let me use them.

any way we can get a rabbids land save editor? uplay rewards are in the save data but cant be unlocked anymore since the closure of the servers, and there are no saves online, me and some ppl have been searching for months for a way to unlock that

I just found out that the EU version is better in literally every way, better sound quality, better lighting, and there's even a patch someone made to make the text look nicer -

@TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one

I'm not familiar with the technicalities of the differences between the two versions, but I'm wondering if at least some of those differences are things that you could port over to the US version in your patch without having to include copyrighted assets from the EU version

@Sicklyboy I am wanting to fully change the game and bend it to my will lol. I would like to eventually have the ability to add more characters, enemies, even have a completely different story if i wanted. I already have the ability to change the tilemaps in the US version, so I can basically make my own map and warp to it in game - so I'm pretty far into it!

I am definitely considering porting over some of the EU features without using the actual ROM itself, tbh that would probably be the best way to go about it... but i'm sad that the voice acting is so.... not good on the US version. May not be a way around that though
