Fortunately mine is fine, but I absolutely hate updates on these new consoles and every time one is in progress I fear the power would go out or something would go wrong and I'll end up with a bricked, impossible to fix system.
I'd say the worst is the Wii U, I've read so many horror stories of people having theirs brick on them due to evne the tiniest power outages and I know a guy whose system bricked over a split second of power outage that I honestly am completely terrified every time I update.
As of late in my area there have been completely random power outages for some reason and you can imagine just how I feel about that, especially since they happen without reason or rhyme, I'm getting Yoshi's Woolly World soon for my bday and hoping to God it won't require an update to play
Keep in mind, contacting Nintendo and sending the system for repairs is downright impossible from my country, it would cost more than buying a new Wii U which is expensive as all hell as is.
