A penny says the direct is about pokemon go and the legendaries they are adding. They did say more information about the go update would happen in early summer.

I don't quite think Pokemon GO is "Nintendo" enough to be able to get a Direct.

I don't believe any of Nintendo's other mobile games were ever covered in one.

If they still want to release a Pokemon game on the 3DS, that's fine as long as they also release it for the Switch. It just doesn't make sense to only release it on the 3DS. Pokemon on the Switch will push units.

MHXX allows Cross play between Switch and 3ds. Its definitely easy to see them doing it for pokemon. But no matter what, they better have a damn good pokemon legitimacy test if they allow trading

True. I just tried https://pokemonemerald.com and it redirected to pokemon.com so there is no real reason to think that pokemon-stars.com leads to anything

No m8. Maybe vc for gen 1. It aready had its remakes and sequals... we had it for gb, gbc, gba and 3ds... 4 out of the 5 nintendo major handheld consoles and even this without including hg/ss which had full access to gen 1 region
