I created an Offline list dat with Pong's informations up to dump 21.
Informations for dump 22 to 24 are still not complete in the first post.
3DS OfflineList v1
V2 available. my next post bellow.
OfflineList program is not very good for 3DS:
1. I can't add new tags like DirName, FileName, TitleID, Serial, etc.
I added these informations in the dat but they are commented out, so if someone make a dat reader, the informations are already there
2. OfflineList is limited to 32bit arrays, so it can't list game size >= 2Gbytes (The limit is 1.99Gbytes, 2147483647bits).
I listed the real size (2147483648) in a commented romSize tag.
3. There are language missing, like Russian.
game using Russian : 0016 - Mario kart 7, and 0005 - Super mario 3D Land.
4. The dat don't have any pictures, and no auto-update URL.
It require a website for that.
I did the dat only as a base, everyone is free to use it, correct it (if I made errors), updated it or improve it. (increment the internal version number if you release a new version)
Creating a new and better (universal) dat reader would be a nice idea, if a programmer has enough time to do it.
