Guys, everyone who owns a Nintendo 3DS with a broken shell knows exactly what I’m talking about. ESPECIALLY New 3DS (non-XL) owners.
There are basically NO good-quality shells on the market. And when it comes to the New 3DS, there isn’t even a low-quality alternative, because the options are literally nonexistent, the Nintendo DS models suffered from the same problem, but that changed after eXtremeRate started making extremely high-quality replacement shells.
Until recently, we were actually very close to getting incredibly high-quality shells from another company, but they went BANKRUPT in the middle of the manufacturing process because the manufacturer didn’t want to return their investment / provide the money they were owed.
Guys, I’m honestly desperate at this point. The quality of the original shells isn’t even that great, and the generic Chinese shells are even worse.
eXtremeRate even announced that they were going to start making 3DS shells, but then they cancelled the project without any explanation.
So I created a petition asking them to start producing shells for the 3DS line as well.
