still have no idea how i got 2F326E2F
but will be checking shortly

i'm also wondering why you got 2F326E2F.. maybe corrupted file.. have you check the size.. it should be 512 MB (536,870,912 bytes) in the Properties

the size if fine but i re-rar my roms with all teh nfo and stuff for storage purposes on a external

possible you got the error on rar.part file

The 3DS is region locked, right? So it probably makes no sense for me (with a US 3DS) to start collecting these with the hopes of playing them one day, right? Although I suppose it's possible that if the system is hacked to play games off a flashcard that removing region encoding might be trivial...

well if the 3DS is only a simple region lock
then technically when more is learned to could trick the 3DS to think its loading a game from correct region or it is possible to simply change the region of a rom with a patch modding the region hex so 3DS again thinks its correct
