When these can be used, you can play any region games. Not just EUR but also US and JP, unless crown3ds ends up being legit then it would probably need to be what is classified by your 3DS (EUR).

i just want is region free, since in my place is have many region on the market, are ASIA, JAPAN, EROUPE, USA (is include game too). ... that make me confused to buy 3DS.

So 4Gbit = 512 MB
and 8Gbit = 1024MB = 1GB
