Your best option, as has already been mentioned, is to restore your nand backup with Hekate. But you already said you have no idea what to do with the backup, so how did you back it up to start with?

In the first post, go down to features guide and click on tools, then read.
If your backup contains large single files you'll need exfat formatting on your SD card. Hekate will read and use it fine, even if your switch is on 1.0 and exfat is unsupported.

Hekate is WAY easier than the second method so have a good read and try that first. If you get errors while trying that, post them here and someone may be able to help.
