SX OS to ANY you suggest

Hi All

I had my old Switch which had SX OS but now its not working because my kids have turned it off!!

can please someone assist me either installing same again or migrated to something else so I can play all the games i had on SD card

Any help appreciated , I am ok to follow step by step guide as I am little bit slow on understanding Switch terminology
