Strange problem with apps

Guys, I have a weird problem, my 3DS was reset by a family member, and it somehow copied all of Luma, B9S, and GodMode9 to the CTRNand. I copied the boot.firm to the SD, but at that point my luck mysteriously ran out, because I can’t access the Homebrew Launcher and all my homebrew apps are gone. Pls help
