GeForce Now looses near all Bethesda Games

This is the one of the problems of cloud gaming services. And another reason I hope it doesn't become the norm in the future, imagine having a backlog of games you want to play only to discover they are not there anymore.
You aren't actually buying games for the purpose of streaming, so the publishers have no reason to guarantee that it will be streamable. You aren't going to see Stadia games vanish until the entire platform crashes and burns.
The place where I see this happening is gamepass type subscription access to games, where you don't actually have any backlog to begin with.

Good to know, however even if geforce now was worth the memory space in my mind to remember it I would still stay nothing of value was lost.

Just imagine paying the absurd prices for games on Google's gaming cloud service and then... Poof. They're gone.
I've never liked digital games too much as they just feel like rentals.
digital sales are fine as long as they are downloads. but cloud/streaming can go fuck themselves. i don't even like to stream movies yet alone games. i'd much rather have the 4k disc in my hand or on my shield TV HDD enclosure that i can access ANYTIME

I remember buying loads of digital Xbox 360 games which I have the files, but without the license they're only trials. I can't be bothered to connect it to the internet, oh well.
Better hope Steam doesn't disappear.
Also this is why I prefer GoG

I have seen far too many companies with a lot of money/investor backing variously get too big for their boots or have times pass them on by and then see themselves scrambling to ever even think about saying never going to happen for a company.

idk about that, that's why I've been backing up a lot of my games, I need to save up for a few more 12TB drives.

You used to be able to run any Steam game you owned. Then they started blocking installing unrecognized games with a "not supported" message.
And now they are blocking games upon request. It completely goes against the point of the service. The big selling point all along has been that you can bring your Steam library. I understand they might not have much choice, because even though they are just providing the hardware for your to stream off of, they're still a service and if developers/publishers specifically tell them to take their games off the service, they have to comply.
But if the devs/publishers won't cooperate, then streaming services are doomed from the get go.
