Well the "send info" option only refers to third-parties not Nintendo so its more of a placebo effect than anything

I wanted to know because it's difficult for me to buy eShop cards in the rural area that I live in, I also like to buy games from the Japanese eShop, and I also just find it more convenient not having to go through the process of using my bank card to buy another gift card and then redeem that.
I was worried Nintendo would ban me once they received my credit card information.
If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

Nah man, don't worry about that. I'm pretty sure theyre legally not allowed to use your credit card as an identifier, and unless the card was blacklisted for illegal behavior, you're fine.
Me too. So much money and over 70 games now plus had to opt for the 400gb card
Hey, sorry if I'm late or asking a question that has already been answered, but has anyone reported being banned after going through the OP, disabling everything as stated both in the spreadsheet and the Best way to avoid bans section, having a clean nand (and restoring/backing up as advised by OP), and using SX only offline?
To be more precise, can anyone say they've marked everything but the SX item on the spreadsheet GREEN and still gotten a ban?
Also, can I use a friend's game cartridge on my Switch to backup the XCI? If so, will it be a "legitimate" XCI, meaning it has the correct certs and everything?

Does it? That would be quite strange since the app doesn't connect to Nintendo's servers (it uses Niantic's). Anyway, no one has been banned for only connecting Pokemon to Go.
You can but you risk a ban playing in that format as opposed to in its original cartridge.
Is there any info about bans for the Game Cart update? I have a clean NAND backup of 3.0.1, but have updated to 6.1 with choidjourNX and later booted SX OS without a license, so i'm pretty sure my gc firmware is updated. Can that flag for a ban if I eventually restore NAND backup and then go online on OFW?
The gamecart firmware is not located on the NAND, its located on a completely separate chip hence why we can't downgrade it once its applied. And there is no telemetry associated with it either.
Yeah Pogo pops an alert saying that when I do a trade, they will pass on "some information" to Nintendo.
It doesn't elaborate. It could be something simple like my trainer ID and the trade details, or could be my console ID and a flag that says its not running from a cartridge, which big N will later use to see I never bought the game off their e-shop and ban me. I'd ask Silph Road if they've datamined what pogo shares, but they're against piracy and would see through that.
Is there a risk of someone getting banned using their unhacked switch with their own copy of a game, having it communicate via local play with a hacked switch using a non legit version of the game?

installing a NSP DLC on your console then booting out of CFW to OFW will still get you banned ?

Emunand offline(sxos) + sysnand online so far no bans ,so make emunand and then play there with your saves

Do you have any guide for me to changeover to emuNAND + sysNAND online?
Currently on OFW 6.1 with 5 fuses burnt, SX OS 2.3. last NAND backup was on 4.1. i think i might not bother with the fuses burnt anymore so i guess i can update the OFW to 6.2 with 7 fuses if that makes the emuNAND creation easier.
