Question: Am I able to transfer User info+Save data from a clean console to a cfw console?

Do I need to do any extra steps to prevent either console from getting an internet ban/brick or a nintendo account ban?

I am trying to play a game on a cfw switch for a translation patch. Am I able to transfer the account via system settings from the clean switch to the cfw switch? And can I transfer the save back to the clean console from the cfw console? Can I transfer the account information while in the emunand?

Any help would be great.
