How are you trying to load the game?
From USB?
If you have your games in USB, the only thing to do right now would be to move them all to the SD card instead (if you have the space)

Going to try that. But what would be the reason to patch the game for installing it with wup installer if I can only read it from the SD card? I guess I misunderstood it...

I think (and I could be wrong) that ShadowOne333 is a tad confused with what you're doing. If you've used the script to add a .gcm file to a WUP package and installed it, it should boot to Nintendont on your SD card, but in Nintendont just select SD, and it should load a list of games. At the top should be "Included ISO" or something like that. Just click that and it will load the game you put into the script.

You don't need the gamecube ISO/GCM on your SD card if you used this script to make a WUP package.

I could be wrong, yes.
But if he wanted to use the autoboot method, why would he be trying to load from USB?

Let's wait for him to clear it up instead

You can have autoboot work if the package with the game in it was installed to USB. I had it working with Super Mario Sunshine. But, lots of people here seem to just be making Nintendont packages, so he might be doing that, in which case all of what I've said is unhelpful.

Wii games on the Gamepad now!?!?? TY!!!! My only question is, what happens when that game requires a Wiimote input?

As far as I know, you would need a Wiimote in that instance since I don't think the gamepad can emulate a wii remote. The gamepad has a sensor bar built-in so wiimote pointing should work.

That being said, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

If you guys are talking about the included game in the gamecube vc, it installs to usb, the included game can be autobooted or selected. you select sd in nintendont, and tell it to boot the included game, its the first on the list

The Gamepad can only emulate Wiimote buttons, you cannot use the Gamepad to emulate Wiimote IR pointing or any of the movements required by it, like rotating or things like that.
Only button inputs.

This would have to be done through HID2VPAD or Nintendont or something, right?

My bad in not explaning it correctly. I patched a GC game with WupInstaller to my USB HD. I thought that I was supposed to load it from USB when I was in Nintendont (since it was installed to my HD). I did what kwall24 said and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the help guys!

I've got it working now all I did was go into vwii mode launch Nintendont through the Homebrew Channel and clicked on "download to update", it said I already had the latest version but I clicked on yes and it all works as it should! very strange and it does all work on USB Hard Drive for me. I'm going to change my file to the Autoboot option because that parts a bit of a pain but works very well. Luigi's Mansion is a blast now with Gamepad controls.

Thanks for clarifying :)
I was indeed wrong, I thought you installed the forwarder and were trying to load the game from the list on your FAT32 drive.

Anyway, glad you got it working :)

Sorry, meant to emulate the buttons, not the IR. I didn't know you could emulate the buttons, I thought you could only use the Gamepad for classic controller games.
Fix94 added a patch for the fw.img which enabled both Wiimote and CCP emulation by using the Gamepad.
I think CCP takes priority, but I'm not sure.
He added some patches to use the Gamepad as if it were a Wiimote held upright or if it is being held sideways (basically just switches the D-Pad inputs clockwise).

Out of that, I don't know :P
I think Nunchuck is not working for some reason by using the Gamepad patch.
