New SD Card - A fatal error occurred when running Fusee

I just upgraded my micro sd card to a 512GB one and formatted the card in multiple ways (Switch and PC). Then copied/pasted the contents from the old (working) card to the new larger card. I can enter RCM and Hekate 6.1.1 like normal. Its when I launch the payload Fusee.bin results in the error. I can swap out to the old (working) card and everything works fine. Is there something I'm missing? I've tried a bunch of things but nothing changes. Any ideas what I need to do?

It was my partitioning. I had to restart from scratch and make sure I partitioned the card. All good now. Thanks for your help!

    ahaha very funny. only I am a developer and a master in laptop repair. I am not a fan of consoles, never repaired them, never played on them, and have no idea what you are talking about here. I just came to show you a tool that can simplify your work on modding PS4 and PS5 BIOS.

    If you do not need any tools, and you want to continue laughing and perform these tasks on modding BIOS slowly - do as you want.
