Finally done with 14 GB! Wow that took overnight! I get such bad speed with mega.

There's DLC for the EUR disc version? Does it work alongside the patch?

No the EUR Disk Version is complete. But as the US Version the EUR Eshop Version is free for 3 Chapters and the rest needs to be bought.

Tried to patch the USA NUS version and I get "problem with USB device" warning which you must force power off.

To clarify I have sigpatches and copied the patch files via wupclient. I also copied the movie file which is part of "DLC" into the relevant section.

Me too, it seems it only works with the PAL version.

It's the video replacement in the DLC that broke it.
I've deleted the DLC and it's working now. Is there a way to replace files in the DLC section without it breaking :S

You're saying the eshop game in usb drive with only the patch applied works if the the dlc is not installed?

I did try yesterday the patched eshop game with loadiine but after the rpx loads i only get a black screen, not even an error message.
Been super busy, working almost 24/7 so i haven't had time to tinker more with this... will do some more random and wild guess tests (such as doing a V1 patch for eshop version which changes nothing else but the 2 outfits and some xml editing) only in a few days, would love to have the eshop games working aswell without needing to have the disc version.

Meh

I've not tried installing the DLC back without replacing the video again, but removing the DLC made it work again.

Seems too troublesome at the moment for USA eshop. I bought the game on sale, and I've never even played it once yet .

Anyway, good job OP! I'll keep watching this thread for when a quick and simple solution is done for the USA eshop version. Or until someone says the other place has files already patched and ready for uploading to work with USA eshop version

Does anyone have a completed save with all costumes for the EUR version? I don't think I want to replay the game that many times to get everything. Maybe 1-2 playthroughs max. To get 7 different endings is madness, since each playthrough takes about 13 hours.

So this guide doesn't require downloading two different versions of the game to have it uncensored like the Xenoblade X guide?

That's pretty terrific.

Well, it does, partially. The MP4 replacement requires the original JPN video to be acquired. But that can be downloaded individually (see below).

...
Also... If anyone would like to get the JPN "bikini" video directly from NUS, just use JNUSTool and the following command...
Code:
java -jar JNUSTool.jar 000500001014d200 [TITLEKEY] -file /content/movie/EV9013_9053.mp4
*NOTE* — You will need to replace "[TITLEKEY]" with the correct key, from "that title keys site." This will avoid the full JPN title download and only download the original MP4 movie file.

Xenoblade X OT:
Actually, for xenoblade, if you only want it uncensored and not undubed, you don't need the jpn game for anything. Like as in Project Zero they only added the censor, they din remove the original uncensored files.

At the time, when i figured out how to uncensor xenoblade, i only released the uncensor method, i didn't think of making a patch like i did here for Project Zero... i think i will try to do it, just for uncensor it's probly very doable and easier than the current methods (which might do this already and i dunno, i never tried them <_< ). For the audio a batch patch might also be doable, who knows, might be better than having to get the full jpn game for ppl who already owns the original game and dun want to get the undubed game floating around...

Btw one thing that is missing in the English game, and the ppl who then created the apps to automate the uncensor/undub process never gave a choice for (i think, din try them yet like i said), is to give options for the extra jpn voices.
There's a few sets of jpn player voices that probly nobody or very few ppl use, cause the English game has less menu entries to choose from, so to have those extra jpn voice sets available we would have to choose which voice sets we want before applying the undub (or do it later manually like i did sometimes) and lose some of the usual ones to be replaced by the new ones.

Hehe this can be another project for a future time ^^ (unless this has been done already in the xenoblade threads and i am not aware of... also, i still have to redownload the xenoblade games as i literally burned some 6 hard drives in the past few months and lost the games -.- )

Meh

@Elusivo Can I use the lens_cafe.rpx file from the US eShop version of the game or does it have to be from the EU disc version? I would like for my version of the game to be US if possible.

Never mind, I read its not possible at this time to patch the US version.

hey, just a small update, converting the usa dlc to eur dlc is super easy just editing the xmls, no more trial only for ehop eur game.

I tried the v1 patch which only changes the 2 outfits, but same thing happens, when the game is about to load the usb storage error pops up!

With this patch, in the rpx i only change a few bytes related to the outfit files positions in the archive00.lnk, the game doesn't even read those bytes before loading the costumes, so if the game crashes upon starting, it should mean they probly have some checksum for the nus rpx in place no?
I am getting surprised that the disc version works lol if instead i started tinkering with the eshop game versions in the beginning, i would've probly given up and never would've made the patch lol

Now, I can only guess, but there's only 5 bytes difference between the eur and usa nus rpx files, 4 of those bytes are continuous in a small section that starts with the bytes 0x14596b94 which i imagine is some kind of header.
I see this section in all rpxs that i tried to hex edit so far at around offset 0x600, and all of them have different bytes after those 4 bytes 0x14596b94, i am guessing this might need patching too to account for the outfit changes i do in the rpx... my rpx knowledge amounts to almost 0 so if anybody has any idea of what this is and if/how this needs to be edited, we just might get this thing working for the nus versions!
