Oh, yes you can do that

I thought you meant trying to boot corbenik from CTRNAND
Oh no, the way corbenik works would render it near impossible to boot from CTRNAND.
I just wanted to make sure all of my bases were covered before switching to this. I would had to loose my lovely corbenik

Would it be possible for Luma to patch "on the fly" the GBA games to restore their color and remove their ghosting? There's this tutorial on this page that explains how to patch them, but it has to be done with every single game before installing them: https://gbatemp.net/threads/restoring-original-colors-to-gba-vc.427642/ . Here's the difference between the original game and the restored one:

just confused here...
i updated luma to the newest version, i also injected luma a9lh to ctrNAND...
i removed sd, configured luma (pin) and it perfectly boots...

if we use the ordinary SD a9lh, config.bin and pin.bin is located on sd/luma/
but my question is... where can i find the configuration files (config.bin and pin.bin) in ctrNAND?

im using godmode9 when i put Luma a9lh on ctrNAND...
but after booting several times without sd, i cant find config.bin & pin.bin in ctrNAND...

I am at a loss as to what to do about the Luma Updater problem. When I boot my 3ds, I am presented with the ''failed to apply 1 FIRM patch(es)'' error. Should I just move the stable 6.5 Luma files in my SD and wait until this mess has been sorted out?

Stable v6.5 works fine for me.

EDIT: Problem solved, turns out I needed a newer version of Luma3DS Updater. I'll leave the post here in case it can help someone else.

---------------------------------------------------------------

I updated Luma3DS to 6.5 with the Luma3DS Updater and now my version appears as a bunch of garbage characters, and the Updater tells me there's a new version available. If I install the latest normal version it downloads version 6.5.7 and installs it, but the garbage characters remain and the Updater still thinks there's a newer version available.

Everything still works without issue so I'm not sure if it even matters, but it is weird to me that the version string isn't read properly. Do I need to do anything or just ignore it until a new version is available? I can't install the hourly because the github download is missing and it gives a 404 error.

Here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing:

Well obviously ive tried that. Updated to latest luma 6.5 and a9lh with data imput v3 and it blackscreens, Worked fine before updating
When do you blackscreen? If it is on boot, have you update A9LH?
If you already updated the payloads, sorry I have no idea...

You do understand that you don't have to put the bin in CTRNAND, don't you?
If you are so concerned about safety keep using it the old way...

I'm asking about the payloads, locales and other folder, not the only method (ie, only arm9loaderhax.bin). I already install the update

Where do we report bugs? 6.5-f7e57038 breaks downloading from e-shop and freeshop (freeshop complains about wrong title key, I assume eshop does something similar under the hood), 6.5 stable works fine

Hey, having a REALLY strange issue.

Just updated to reccomended (6.5) Luma, for ErrDisp purposes. However, Luma keeps locking up and throwing loader errors upon boot.

Could somebody knowledgeable take a look at my crash log and see what I'm doing wrong? Anything you could give me would help.

Considering that so far no payload have been updated to work from CTRNAND (even if some already do), I guess the answer is obvious.
For locales someone already reported it works, same for the splashscreens.
