Sonic Boom Rise of Lyric is really not that bad of a game, its just that kids these days are a little bit spoiled.

Top it off with bad character design, piss poor framerate issues and other glitches and also Sonic Team refusing to do the game themselves, but yeah.

Actual Answer: There was never a good sonic game, sonic 1 + 2 + 3 are only good because nostalgia.

Still way better than some garbage games i played from the NES to the Gamecube

Well it's not the case with Super Mario Bros.

I know but when you think about it every game benefits from nostalgic feelings. Like look at music, games,books and what not, they all benefit from nostalgia no matter what. It's like kids now days would much rather play cod so what is smb sucks and cod is goat but our nostalgia stops is from seeing that? I am not saying that it is true but all media benefits from our positive nostalgia m
